The OEM Sopmod storage tubes leave a lot to be desired. While they can fit CR123a batteries, they lack the ability to fit any larger batteries like 18650 or 18350, which are becoming more and more common in flashlights due to their ability to have longer runtimes with the same output and be recharged as opposed to most CR123a.
